Right in the middle of the snow-covered forest, with moonlight silvering the fir trees, Santa stopped beside a tiny Christmas tree that glowed with golden decorations. His blue cloak brushed the snow as he scooped up a sleepy puppy and held it in his arms, giving it a warm snuffle right against his snowy beard. Puppies were all over the place around his boots, tumbling through the trail of paw prints he'd left, and there were kittens all over the place in his pockets too. Santa was chuckling to himself. He hadn't even gotten properly into his secret Christmas visit when someone had already snatched a ribbon from his basket.
Every Christmas Eve, before the sleigh bells rang, Santa made time for the creatures whose wishes never came in the form of a letter. He knew which old dog needed a softer bed, which little kitten needed a gentle hand, and which woodland mice lived under the roots. His basket was full of biscuits, little toys, and catnip for the cats, but his kindness went far beyond those at his feet. He'd leave seed for the winter birds, hay for the deer, and a quiet check on the fox in her den. To Santa, every living thing was someone he'd remember.
A little ginger kitten had scrambled up into the tree and was now contemplating just how it was going to get down. Santa reached through the glittering branches and very gently slid the kitten into his coat, placing it next to a fellow resident who immediately gave it a sleepy purr. He settled on a snow-covered stump, the puppies all clustering round him as he distributed the presents. The sleigh could wait a bit longer. Here, under the winter stars, with the little bodies all snuggled up against him, Santa was getting something he really valued: the sense of security the animals had in his care.

Orders outside the U.S. are not eligible for Free Shipping. Please choose your paid shipping method during checkout. We offer DHL, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail for international shipments.
Customs and Import Duties: If your puzzles are being delivered outside the USA, your order may be subject to import fees. These are stipulated by each individual country and are not collected or remitted by Nautilus Puzzles. Unfortunately, as we cannot advise you on the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for the respective rates.
Returns - Peace of Mind Guaranteed: If you are less than delighted with your new puzzle, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit. We ask that it be unused and in its original condition and packaging (shrink-wrap not removed) to qualify for a refund.
If you contact us in advance, we can email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and affix to your return. To request this label, simply provide your order number and reason for return to our customer service team at help@nautiluspuzzles.com. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund/credit, but they are charged at our volume discount shipping rates rather than the higher standard retail rate.
Please note we can only accept custom puzzles for return or refund if there are quality issues, as these items have been produced specifically for you.
